Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in the manufacturing domain through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and present product solutions tailored to their manufacturing processes.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct effective demos of software products to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own and drive the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure, including proposal creation and negotiation.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and technical teams to align customer requirements with software capabilities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the manufacturing sector.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales.
- Experience in selling software products or solutions to the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- We are looking for a candidate with 2–3 years of experience in pitching and selling Focus ERP software, and who has managed sales or operations in the Pune, Aurangabad, and Rajkot regions
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing domain and its business workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and sales cycles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
